Nuevexa was commissioned by a high-volume, premium automotive group to architect and deploy a bespoke vehicle tracking app to solve a critical operational challenge. Their sprawling, multi-level dealership required a modern digital solution to replace an inefficient, manual process of locating vehicles, which was causing significant delays and impacting customer satisfaction.

- User-Specific Action Tracking & Audit Trail: Every critical action (check-in, relocation, check-out) is automatically timestamped and tagged to the logged-in user's profile. This created the 100% accountable audit trail the client required.
- Integrated Camera Scanning: To maximize speed and reduce manual errors, we integrated the native device camera for rapid scanning of VINs or vehicle registration numbers.
- Analytics-Ready Architecture: The entire system was designed with future growth in mind. The structured data in Firestore is primed for a Phase 2 admin web dashboard, which will provide management with heatmaps of zone usage, reports on vehicle dwell times, and other key operational insights.
